“My Cherry” Hot& Cold Pack 🍒

“Cherry” is a dry heat pad filled with cherry pits that warms both children and adults, helping to relieve stomach aches, muscle pain, and more.

In this 3.5-hour workshop, you will make your own “Cherry” heat pad from start to finish. You will begin by sewing the inner pouch to hold the cherry pits (which can be heated in the microwave or oven), then create the decorative outer cover using a printed cotton front and a back in bamboo terry, minky, or plush fabric of your choice. Finish your creation by inserting the cherry pits.
